The Windows XP 2024 Edition fulfills all the expectations of Windows 11.

It's the beginning of 2024, and if the rumors about Windows 12 are to be believed, Microsoft will release it in this year. But this year also represents a significant turning point for one of the most well-liked operating systems from the software behemoth.

Ten years ago, Microsoft stopped providing support for Windows XP. We have the answer to your question on what that operating system would look like if it were released today.

Prolific concept designer AR 4789 has been imagining what an updated version of Windows XP may look like. AR 4789 has recently shown us his ideas on Windows 12, and he previously envisioned a Windows alternative dubbed MiracleOS.

Similar to his past proposals, AR 4789's movie walks us through the complete installation and setup procedure rather than just showcasing potential capabilities for the other OS.

In addition to retaining the classic Bliss wallpaper and XP's appearance and color scheme, this updated version of the operating system also includes several Windows 11 features, like fast settings and a dark mode.

While the defaults Start menu still maintains its familiar appearance, some aspects, including File Explorer, have been updated. With a Microsoft Account, users can log into Windows XP 2024 Edition. Naturally, Microsoft Edge also appears in this notion.

While Copilot, Microsoft's AI assistant, is a feature of Windows 11, Windows XP 2024 Edition marks the return of Rover, the search engine. It's anyone's guess whether he's more intelligent in this iteration!
